Big mistake, this new chick Tanisha is rude af she doesn't listen to the client. She just rushes you off the phone and actually said well I did my job now you need to contact the state. When I first called she had me think I was calling the wrong number when they had just switched owners. All I know is this new owner need to get Angie back. She was amazing in customer service. She would actually take the time to help you. Tanisha will loose you patients and in a business where there is so much competition not good for the first person your patients have contact with to be like that. Plus this location has been through new doctors and owners about 3x in the couple months I've been dealing with them not very professional.
