    First I would like to say that this is my first yelp review eve, I have never felt as strongly as…read morethis dang wifi-- and I used to love our fios internet to the point of where I would recommend it to everyone. HOWEVER. My husband and I recently moved and were told that our old router was "no longer compatible" which was false per research after the fact because it is still infact usable. Not only did the installation guy upsell us to a shittier router that functions off of 5G cell network (the gigabit plan which is terrible because it can get bogged down with any network crowding in the area and is also their lowest speed plan) but he also up sold us to a new router we didn't need and an extender which we also didn't need for our RESIDENTIAL house!! Of course we were in the middle of moving -- quite literally still had the movers putting boxes in our new house; so he took advantage of us. Our old plan and old router worked like a champ with no issues only needing a quick reset like maybe once a year. Now however we have had the new network plan and router with nothing but lagging issues, device incompatibility (yeah. Thanks consumer America) requiring jailbreaks or buying new products, and a friggin price increase by almost $35! Absolutely absurd! I would not trust a THING any of their service people tell you. Do your research online with your current router or if you want to buy after market for cheaper before hand. 0/10 we will be switching providers ASAP.

I previously had a bad experience on line with their customer service trying to order a new iPhone along with some accessories! For some reason they couldn't get my orders right on my accessories so I decided to cancel the order.( I had my phone ordered on a separate order ) I clearly stated to the representative that I ONLY wanted to cancel the order with the accessories and she agreed to it by repeating it back to me TWICE, but yet she still ended up canceling my phone order too and I wouldn't had known until my wife suggested we call them and have them resend the order correctly and that's when the next customer service representative stated my phone order was canceled as well. I was pissed!!.. because the previous representative said she had it taken care of but obviously she had no clue what she was doing. So after being told about the previous screw up my wife and I asked to speak to a supervisor and we were put on hold for at least 20 minutes until we finally realized we were hung up on. So to try and make a long story short my customer service experience over the phone along with on line service has been a nightmare so I'm glad I was able to go into the store and get the service I needed!.

    This place is crap. They did an early upgrade and completely screwed it up. Wasted a whole day.read more

    I'd give them LESS THAN ONE STAR but it won't allow me to.... We had them hook us up 4 months ago…read more A kid came out and said he had been on the job2 months ... It showed... through no fault of his own. Poor or NO training. It took him OVER 8 HOURS to get it connected. Finally gets it working and leaves, late at night. He had trouble getting help without a smart attitude. (that was our first clue) Day ONE, signal goes in and out. Call them and they got it working again. Day 2, "searching for signal" was our best channel. Day 3, same channel. I called to cancel. They didn't like that ... I reminded them that FEDERAL LAW SAYS I CAN CANCELL ANY CONTRACT WITHIN 3 DAYS. They tried to get us to change our minds ... lol. They then told us there was a $470 early termination fee ... OH REALLY .... After a brief discussion they said they'd send a box to return their equipment. I also told them they no longer have permission to go into our bank account, ( I called the bank to make SURE) and to send a bill to us. We got the box over 2 weeks later .... We packed everything up as instructed, and sent it back. Then came the e-mails saying we owed 2 months of service !!! I figured it was just a glitch. We ignored it. Then comes another e-mail saying we had an overdue balance and owed $420 !!! And to call them IMMEDIATELY. That I did !! I was NOT very polite. I asked if they had ANY clue what they were doing... He apologized, and I did too. It clearly wasn't HIS fault. So after explaining everything, he told me our account was under review. We'll know in a couple weeks if we get an Attorney or not. NOT JOKING. If they think they're going to charge us about $1000 for nothing but aggravation, THEY'RE OUT OF THEIR MINDS. Oh, Almost forgot, I tracked the return box back to California and the USPS there stated that "THE CUSTOMER" refused the package ??? Not sure if that is a game to leave me hanging for the nonreturn of equipment or what ?? My next action will consist of alerting the CONSUMER PROTECTION and the BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREAU. ..... DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ... BELIEVE ME. We got ROKU ULTRA and are very satisfied. Should have went with them from the start. WAY more channels and MUCH less expensive.
