Always take my Mum and Dad there - they have a great time deciding what to have - breakfast baps are incredible and very good value. Coffee is big and strong. They have a loyalty card which allows a free one after about nine cups - a nice touch, and obviously competing with Nero down the road. The deli counter has a nice selection of food, some unusual stuff - but I do think you pay for it. The olives in particular seem to be very expensive, and I don't really feel they are any more special than from the right supermarket.

The Nachos with pulled pork and brisket beef was devine. The horse shoe ham on the "Not the Ploughman's Platter" was melt in the mouth delicious. Good selection of wine - definitely recommend the Malbec. All very reasonably priced, with excellent service. Definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area!

I also love that they have paired with a local coffee roasters and offer lovely local coffee which tastes great. It's a great stop for bicyclists, as well as those who want a brunch break. They also have a farm shop in which they sell lovely personal goodies, along with other foods from local businesses!

First off I needed a dine and go lunch before my trip to the Thornbridge brewery (something had to soak up the beer...) and I got a really tasty smoked salmon white roll for £3.50. The next occasion was a few hours later when I popped in to see if they had any bakewell tarts left that I could buy and take home for dessert that night. They were just literally shutting the doors but the friendly owner let me in and sold me a few slices - at a discount even due to her saying they would have been better eaten that night (I love independent business') I literally didn't have time to hang around and smell the roses but it's a really cool sandwich shop and deli - plus the sandwich and tarts were pretty damn good!

You can have a flavour of what they have to offer through the window display, as favourites are written on the window. When I walked into the deli I found a massive selection of products: cheeses, meats, pies, pastries, antipasti. I was really impressed by the variety of food on offer, both local from further afield. I ordered an Italian chicken bap, on seeded bread and it was really top notch. The chicken was succulent and full of flavour, and it came with a decent amount of salad. I also had a couple of stuffed vine leaves, which you can buy for 30p per vine leaf which was a nice treat. The cakes and the multitude of pies also looked extremely appetising. The only criticism I have was that the air conditioning was leaking just where people were queuing, which was not ideal. I can't wait to head back, a nice little find in Macclesfield.

I was pleasantly surprised with the range of stock Back's has as it's only a small place and not only does it have a fresh deli counter selling all manner of items as well as coffee to takeaway or enjoy on one of the handful of tables, but also a wide range of stock cupboard items, including my favourite Cool Chile range (a brilliant line of Mexican ingredients). On top of this they've also got a decent selection of wine and beers at the back of the shop and the Prosecco we picked up was fantastic. Andy descends from a long line of foodies, his Great Grandfather owned Back's Deli in 1920's New York and Andy and his wife Karen have kept the family tradition alive. Back's sells an extensive selection of breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and local produce. They stock specialist breads, fruit and veg and eco-friendly, natural products for babies. The shop is large, cream and airy with the menu written quaintly on enormous blackboards and the food displayed beautifully behind a huge glass counter. The shop make fab hampers for occasions and always sell out of the basket of unusual beers for Father's day. Back's also provide outside catering and supply buffet requirements on request. Prices here are reasonable, this is M&S quality but with cheaper prices. Maybe its all in the mind, but when you buy cheese and olives from this deli, it tastes so much better from those purchased in the supermarket. On a Saturday, customers can pop by for a barbeque and the store also hold wine tasting events.This is wonderful, fresh produce and I would recommend this delicious deli to everyone- but to my fellow Yelpers first of course.

I had the pleasure of visiting cute little Littleborough a few weeks ago to do a short photography project. fair to say I was blown away by the place and in particular this tiny Deli in the heart of the village. With the city centre littered with franchises and chains, finding independant business' has become a mission of mine. Discovering this little hidden gem therefore gave me a great deal of satisfaction.
