I think she was trying to sell me that product, because I mentioned apple cider, but I mentioned 2 separate products. It doesn't benefit me if 1 product, doesn't do several things. That means, I would have to purchase 2 different products, and I was OK with that, being I needed 2 separate benefits. If an employee isn't sure of what I need, then tell me that you dont have it, but dont continue showing me items, I have no need for/didnt inquire about. It's a small store and some people probably can find what they are looking for, as a quick "in and out" visit. I told her I would try the apple cider cleansing, to see if it will work, but I wanted a different product for braid removal, because I know they don't have a apple-cider-vinegar-braid-removal-product.
