I have to take s two hour test to prove to non'medicare that i suffer depression. This is not the normal clinic, they are money grubbing peices of drek along with brian the business manager that just scirts around the issues. This place should be closed after covid is over.

The doctor had an emergency to step out which I understood but calling me less than an hour before the appointment was kind of disappointing. I'm driving and I didn't have a safe way to listen to the message or answer the call, probably won't return to this clinic. Reception staff was amazing though to help me find something within a couple days so good on that front I guess???

Immediately made smart ass remarks about her opioids she on, despite her never even mentioning them, and made several more inappropriate remarks during the appointment. He jump down my mom's throat for details on her medical charts, that had nothing to do with the appointment. The entire time, he treated us with discrimination and hatred. We already knew from urgent care that she tore her meniscus. The only thing he needed to do was refer her to an orthopedic, and he never even did that. My mother has no issues with her meds, and her knee has been extremely painful to the point she can barely walk. She did not deserve the discrimination she experienced over being on pain meds. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here who expects to be treated with dignity and respect.

We were both very comfortable with her and she did a great job customizing the sessions and topics to us. She takes insurance. Also this program meets the state of Minnesota requirements for a program that uses a test and teaches conflict resolution skills and is at least 12 hours long (in order to get the discounted $40 marriage lisc fee from the state).

Everytime you call it takes almost twenty minutes to get on the phone with someone just call to schedule appointments. I had an appointment for the end of the month. I was then called and told that was it had been canceled and needed to book a new appointment after waiting almost two months. I have had to go to the ER because of this. Staff is very very kind. But the lack of communication is alarming and is going to cause serious harm in the long run.
