I usually attend the weekday classes after 5pm and they only offer the "classic" classes between Mon-Thurs evenings. I would love if they could throw a power class into one of the Mon-Thurs evening time slots. * Not much variety within classes themselves. It's the same exercise routine every class - I would love if they could switch things up a bit. Some of the cues that the instructors provide seem robotic and you can tell they are just going through the same motions every class.

Constant pain that I could not even sit for 10 minutes. With careful instructions, I was given exercises and shown how to do them properly. I am doing things like hiking, swimming and other activities that I never thought I could imagine being able to ever do again. I continue to go on a regular basis.
