The vibe from her felt very gentle and knowledgeable, and committed to help with the concerns I had. She provided me with some information before and after the appt which was wonderful and she asked me what my concerns were/what I wanted to focus on for the appt. It felt easy to speak to her and ask questions which is great. I can say that I felt so much better the next day from the treatment I had which is always great knowing that it's working. I called to ask to reschedule the appointment as I had to walk to the clinic and did not want to get sick. I explained that I had had pneumonia several times before and did not want to be exposed to the elements, especially with COVID around. I will also mention that I'm a senior and have previously been vulnerable. I spoke to the manager,, who said no! If you miss this session, you will be charged $95. Needless to say, I canceled my future appointments and will never go to this clinic again.
