We called around and got a few quotes and Michael was the only person that was honest and straight forward. Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape! Seems like other companies we were in touch with were trying to take advantage!! I called Michael and he was able to go out and inspect our roof and give a quote in a timely manner. He kept me up to date via text about every step of the project and sent pictures to me so I could see everything. He was reliable, quick to respond, professional and friendly.
