Plus, crappy bookkeeping and lack of accurate in the books which included milking the renter of their security deposit and including inflated hours to clean etc. Plus, tried to charge for wear and tear. This company said, they could help get my money owed but not true. Colorado Laws have made it had to tuff for owners of property. I have talked to law makers and they said that renters were screwed over by land lords. Plus, I was told by this company wait would you offer a security deposit which is not the cost of rent and a very low deposit, plus why you did not do a walk through when the renter moved out and when they moved in. They seem to make me feel uncomfortable and did not care for me a landlord..just get my business. I feel I will never get anything. Dobt use them.

VP, Matt Scheid, strangely using a "MattSmith" email address, took it as a personal affront that I would dare imply that his statement contained any ambiguity. He immediately closed/abandoned an unrelated tenant file of mine (which he had just told me a couple days earlier was still viable) under another business entity, and told me to take my business elsewhere. Such is certainly their prerogative, but it came off like a tantrum, stemming from a perceived slight that wasn't even real. I think they get jaded from dealing with a certain type of person daily, and they just forget how to behave among humans. They act as if they just start from the assumption that whomever they are dealing with is stupid and dishonest, and unworthy of even a modicum of respect. It's unfortunate, because they actually used to do a pretty good job for me; and I can commiserate with getting in that (jaded) mode -- I've been there myself, and left an industry to get out of it.
