I tried to serve a local business not knowing there was a requirement to serve the business's "registered agent". The process server from Northstar Process Servers, named Libby, served a random warehouse worker instead of the registered agent for the business. When it was determined that the service was not going to be valid in court, they simply ignored my request to refund there service fee and to not attempt further service. I also fully warned them that this review would happen if for some reason they chose not to refund my charge willfully.
