Thank you Mr. Wigley & Distinctive Investigations for your kindness and support. I can't express my appreciation enough. I wasn't sure how to navigate my issue and I'm so glad you where there to listen and provide all the options. Some of the options could have run in the thousands of dollars with uncertain outcomes. They kept in touch with us giving us the latest updates, which kept us sane, until the issue was concluded. We live out of state, and could not find our mother. She wasn't registered anywhere on any list. It seemed hopeless trying to find her in an area of such devastation. This agency never gave up, within 2 days we received a video proving she was found and safe. I cant thank them more, for everything they did, for how much they cared, even at a time they had personal issues from the storm to deal with. I called this place on a Monday night. I got pulled over for driving with suspended license 5 years…read moreago. I didn't show up to court so i received a FTA. I called this place & she questioned me like a judge. I gave her a rundown & she still was unable to help. This lady is very rude & her attitude sucks. I called other bail bondsman's around Pensacola and they told me that she & her workers are VERY rude (hint: read the reviews). I told her that she didn't have to have an attitude and beat me while i was down. She questioned me for 5 mins, only to tell me the she couldn't help & it was nearly impossible to get me out on a FTA & she would have to call the clerk the next day because she didn't believe me. I was so disappointed because I've never been in trouble before. I literally was diagnosed with cancer around the time & my memory was shot. I explained that to her & she said "when an officer pulls you over it's clear that there is a date" literally disregarded everything i told her & had 0 compassion. Pleaseeeee be aware. I'm sure she's gonna get on here and vent like she did every other comment but all in all, please. It was almost like a scam.

Very unprofessional and frankly extremely disrespectful with the phone call after 11pm with such rudeness!!
