I got on the water with my boat and cranked the pull start then the motor locked up. I called Key Marine on a Saturday and got there nearly at closing time. They stayed and took the outboard and processed the work order. I explained that I was here on vacation and they said that they would do their best to work me in. On Monday they called me and told me the motor had been laid down on the wrong side which caused oil to enter the cylinders and the motor. I believe the retailer laid the motor on this wrong side but now thats just water under the bridge, or in this case, water under the fishing pier. They got the oil out of the motor and they only charged me an hour of their time. So honest and trustworthy. This business is customer service focused, honest and caring. Their efficiency saved my fishing vacation with my grandkids. I can't say enough about how great these guys are! Stellar service! Above and beyond!
