The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make!
