The trees and plants that were *supposed* to be there were overgrown, unhealthy, and we're even growing into the sidewalk so our neighbors were also impacted! Lyle and his team spent two days removing, spraying, trimming, pruning, yanking, cutting, and sweating to help get my yard not only as free as possible of invasive species, but looking quite nice! Of course when landscaping gets so neglected, the recovery process is going to be several seasons, but this is a great start. Lyle and Tom were extremely knowledgeable, educated me on the plants I have and how to maintain them myself as much as possible, were able to recommend native plants to replace some of the invasives with (other are just pests and need to go), and were communicative and up front about schedule, cost, and what was possible. First, he "lost" my phone number; weeks later when I called him again said he had a guy who could fix my pond issues. call #3 [why did I keep trying?] I wanted the weeds gone from around and in the pond. He said he'd start the work after Labor Day. The Thursday before labor Day I was not home. My husband found 2 women taking pictures of the house. My husband could not reach me all day and when I returned home I saw the women [with kids] on their cell phones at the pond. They were supposed to be weeding around the pond. They CUT THE TOPS OFF. They cut down my blooming butterfly bush. When I tried to speak with them -- THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! Saturday morning I left a message that I did not want anyone else from his company to come to my house and I would call him Monday [I forgot it was a holiday]. He showed up at my house [claiming he did not get my message] and got belligerent when I explained my concerns. I gave him a check for more than the work was worth and now, a week later, the weeds are back. I have been picking stones, bottle caps, latex gloves and clumps of dirt from the yard. I need to redo the work [YES-- he suggested I use Roundup around the pond]. HE should pay ME for what he did.

I have a lot of respect for the way he handled fixing this and I will continue to use RyCoe for future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.. my landscaping looks beautiful. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

He was able to remove the trees off of the premises and cleaned up after they had been moved. He did it so fast too. Michael did such a great job, we are hiring him to take down more trees and he also has a Handy Man company, Handy Nam, LLC, which we are bringing him back over for to do some work in the house. Last thing, Michael is also so incredibly nice (on top of being prompt and professional), I couldn't feel any better giving him our business. I highly recommend him.
