He even ensured that I had gardenias in my bouquet and my groom's boutonniere despite the fact that they are delicate and hard to work with. Bud arrived early and was so capable and certain of himself that he made feel like I could leave the venue and get ready while he and the DJ (Dream Weddings) set everything up. I called to send flowers to my sister in the hospital out of state, for when she got out of ICU…read moreinto a regular room and specifically told them that was what I wanted. They delivered them way before she got out of ICU to the Nurses station. The Nurses all really enjoyed having beautiful flowers on their desk. My sister never did see her flowers. This shop was unwilling to accept their mistake. They tried to blame it on the nurses. One phone call to find out if she was in a regular room would have made all the difference. They told me for me to call and see if she's in a regular room every day and let them know. I have sent flowers for many years to hospitals and I know for a fact the florist always makes sure the patient is in a room that can receive flowers before they deliver to prevent mistakes like this. So much for "Full Service" florist!!!!!! Use with caution!!! Definitely does not care about good customer service.

The flowers were delivered before the New Mother went home and looked lovely. They looked just like the picture that I clicked on when I ordered them and that's all that matters. I suggest that Florists in Terre Haute set up a real website that let's you see what they can do, not just a phone number.

I ordered thru ftd and this florist sent my order. I ordered an exquisite (biggest i could order)…read morearrangement in a basket with a bday balloon a teddy bear and a greeting card . What I got was an arrangement that looked nothing at all like what I ordered with already droopy brown roses hanging off the bottom of a small handled basket, it had bright neon green flowers and nothing in that arrangement was suppose to be bright green..the bear was a valentine bear going to my sick mother in the hospital....the balloon was never delivered....the card was generic and the envelope was two inches too big for the card.....needless to say I was embarrassed by sending this to her on her birthday.
