She showed us a table of designer denim that one customer consigned including many pairs of Joe's jeans, Paige and other big name brands...at excellent prices! She also explained that they had a selection of very gently used formal gowns in the back. There is a nice assortment of jewelry and household decorative items for sale, as well. Was informed at the CS desk that they don't take items back after 180 days anymore. I told the lady that that wasn't the policy when I bought it. She then said it was a Covid thing. I kid you not!!! I looked at her and said "what the hell does Covid have to do with my vacuum not charging?" She looked at me with that deer in the headlights look and ask if I wanted to talk to the manager.
