The service was amazing. However half of their machines hardly work if at all, most are out of use. And several times the machines took my credit but never actually let me play. I would say this place could be fun but only once it gets maintenance. read more

First time here and I have a good and bad experience. We were very confused when we walked in so we went to the front desk and they explained how everything works. Needless to say we were still confused because there's so much to remember. The prices were so expensive A lot of the games weren't working and/or out of order. The floors were unkept like it hasn't been swept or vacuumed in a while. Played gellyball the helmet smelt like nasty sweat from the last person wearing it and can visually see nasty smears on it so Covid is a big concern. The helmets for go cart racing were sprayed with some kind of sanitizer I believe. The bumper cars were fun but the walls were falling apart which was unnerving haha. Bowling wasn't fun because they don't have real bowling balls and the pins kept getting stuck as they are tied to ropes so we had to keep calling someone to come fix it. The food was great until my last bite had a long hair under the cheese. Great for kids but for someone like me I don't want to come back. read more

A lot of fun options here. I was surprised that Salina has a place with Escape rooms! Very neat. Also they have axe throwing, and go karts. The restaurant was inside was a surprise. The food was far beyond what I expect at like a bowling alley, chuck E cheese etc plus they have vegan/vegetarian options. Will definitely be back. read more

My wife and I visited here today because they have pinball machines. We got a handful of quarters and we walked over to the machines....no slots for quarters? I went back up to the desk and asked the young guy behind the counter what the deal was. He apologized and said there were no quarters and you had to use a prepaid card from them to play the machines. No big deal ! I got a card and put $5 on it and went back. We each played 1 game on a machine and went over to the next machine. I swiped the card and it said 2 3/4's credits.....how do you get 3/4's of a credit ? I went back up to the young guy a third time and asked him about it and he said he didn't know. Then instead of coming over and helping me, he wonders away. I then find an older man and ask him. He swipes his badge and says he doesn't know either....and walks away. We each play a round of pinball on this machine. We have played 4 games of pinball total so far between the two of us. I take my card back up to the front to see how much is left and it is empty. We played 4 games of pinball for FIVE DOLLARS !! Are you kidding me. Then I find out from the young guy that they charge a dollar just to give you a card to play on and then it was $1 per game of pinball. The service was not good at all. We visit the arcade place in Wichita every so often and there is no card fee, there is no card at all, and a game of pinball costs 50 cents. I was really disappointed. It would have been fun but the poor customer service and games costing twice what they should have. From my experience, I don't recommend this place. read more
