This review is for both the Doctor and staff members…read more My father is a patient here due to his amputee on his left foot. He said he liked the doctor, very nice. Very informative. Dr. Zarate got his sole inserts order back in August. Approx 4 weeks. I called back around mid Sept to check on the status of the soles. The rude receptionist told me the doctor did not even put in the order. So my natural instincts was to ask why? And could we expedite this order. My father could not work without a good sole on his foot. The receptionist was just rude. Gave me such attitude. Who wouldn't be upset if their order has yet to be put in? Now we have to wait another 4 weeks to receive this sole! Today, I called again to check on the status of this order yet again. I met with the same receptionist who "kindly" remembered calling me to inform me about the soles that supposedly came in a month ago? Which I never got the call or I would've gone to pick them up myself!! She yet again, gave me more attitude and saying I was supposed to call them. So I wished to speak to the manager. Margret got on the phone. She is much nicer. I don't understand when you are in customer service, how could you talk to people in such a manner. Margaret was very helpful. She got my order down. Checked on everything got my appointment set to go. Even gave a direct line for next time to call her. I will never speak to the receptionists there ever again! Only to Margaret!

The good doctor decompressed my nerve and brought over and connected a healthy nerve. It's a new procedure, he invented or is perfecting (?). Regardless, whatever he did worked. Despite my diabetic team telling me that pain management was all I could do for it, Dr Navid Sadoughi told me that was not the case. And deliver on that information. I trust this doctor implicitly and can't wait until both feet are fixed. Thank you , doctor. thank you , doctor.Thank you , doctor. In addition, this doctor was able to clear up an infection in my father's foot that countless other doctors couldn't detect and/or treat properly. Very highly recommended.

Dr. Sadoughi did not listen to my concerns or provide any sort of care besides a shot in my ankle and a brace. He never even did an X-ray on my ankle to understand what was going on. In addition, he charged me for custom insoles which I never requested or received, and are not covered by insurance. They cost over $1000, which I am now working to get off my statement since I never requested or received them. In my experice, he pushes unnecessary braces, insoles, and other rememdies just to make money and not because it is best for the patient. I recommend everyone avoid this office. I went to another office, after my third visit with Dr. Sadoughi and no real understanding of my ankle issues. The new doctor immediately did an X-ray and got me going with physical therapy to strengthen my ankle. There are good foot doctors out there and this is not one of them.
