No matter who is behind the register, they're always so nice/friendly. Not overly chatty, just kind and polite. Although the interaction is brief, little things like that matter, to me. It makes me feel like you appreciate my business. Even if I have a question the employee(s) are knowledgeable about what they do/dont have and are quick to not just tell you where to look/find it in the store, if possible they'll walk you to it. Nice touch! It gives me Total Wine vibes :) I can confidently say this about their service because I've been enough times, sporadically, to know lol. AND they're the same way over the phone whenever I've called ahead to check if they have something in stock before driving there. Initially, years ago, I attributed the great product/service to being a part of the Buy-Rite chain, which I like. Full selection of tobacco products if you partake in such a thing, and decent prices. I've definitely walked out of there with quality, not major label wine for less that 15 bucks. There is no deli part, maybe that was something that went on years ago, but its no longer.
