The classes are advertised as 25 minutes, yet they consistently end early. The final straw was when I looked up from the lobby and saw my toddler..who isn't even three years old..walking out of class alone, completely unsupervised. She could have easily made her way out the main doors. I understand accidents can happen, but this is simply unacceptable. As a mother, I know you would understand the seriousness of a child's safety. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this studio due to the lack of supervision and accountability. I waited to get an Apology but instead the instructor Michelle emailed back with no remorse or apology and simply tried to say she handed me my daughter but she did not and Tara at the front desk saw the whole thing and have yet even emailed back with an acknowledgment/ apology. Someone else mentioned she displayed implicit bias and I can agree with that.

The main saving grace for this school is I can say my daughter is in ballet and it's less than $100 a month. Wish other schools in the area would come down some on their prices and we'd switch. Maybe if hubby gets that promotion we'll switch this year. And there is no where for parents to sit. Brand new studio and there are no mom rooms, no benches, they just throw a bunch of chairs here and there. They really should have had done more research on ballet studios before they built out the new space. And if someone brings a friend or their mother, forget it, you the paying customer have no where to sit. All in all, if you can afford it, go to queindit ballet or performing arts in the villages of stone oak. If you are on a budget and just want your child in ballet, then this is ok.

If you want the best training, make the trip to San Antonio or Austin instead.
