I requested a quote on glass doors for a commercial building in Marion NC. The salesman, Will was very eager to return my call and quote the doors. He and a colleague came to the building to measure on February 25 2025 saying they would get back to me with the quote. I had not heard anything and on March 10 I called him to see where we were in the process. He said it he had been out for a funeral and had been very busy but would get it done and email it to me. My husband called in March 17 and left a message for Will. His call was never returned. I went to the Diversified office in Morganton today and explained what I needed to the receptionist. I explained that we were in the middle of a remodel and needed the quote in order to stay on schedule with the funding of the project. A short time later Will called and said they were just too busy to give me a quote. I questioned why he hadn't called me in the last month to let me know he could not quote it . He had no explanation. if he didn't want the business he should have not wasted my time and his coming to take measurements. I find it very hard to believe he got so busy from February 25 until now. I went back by the office to ask if this was how they conducted business. This is truly an unbelievable way to have a sustainable business.. Good luck with that.
Bottom line this character is not to be trusted. I had used Diversified in the past and been very satisfied with their work. I'm disappointed their first line of contact conducted himself in such a manner that I nor anyone I know will ever use their services again. read more
Could not be happier with their work! Jake and Conner were delightful young men, very polite, efficient, did a great job, made sure everything is perfect, left the bathroom clean. Will be calling Diversified for all of our glass needs in the future. read more
