I called them about it and they were very nice and sent someone out to look at it. He agreed that it looked bad, took pictures, and said his boss Tim would call me to discuss what they could do about it. I never heard back from them, and I finally called several weeks later. They said there was a mix-up in communication, and said they would have Tim call me that day or the next. I still never heard from him. On the third day I called and left a message. This time they did return my call, but it wasn't Tim that I talked to. The lady who called me told me it was my fault because I should have told them I had previously used Thompson's Water Seal on my deck, and that it should have been removed prior to them sealing it with the Valspar that they used. I am not an expert and I didn't know it was a problem. I feel it was their responsibility to ask me what was used on the deck previously if there could be an issue. That is why I hired them, a professional company who is supposed to be the experts, as opposed to some independent guy who may not really know what he is doing (and why I paid triple the price for their services). We could not agree on this issue, and they refused to re-do it for free. So basically I wasted $615.00 and now have a ruined deck.

I only had to tell him once about the things that were most important to us. Mom's blind so it is essential that things are put back in the same places and that nothing is left out on the floor. I hate to say it, but our place was just a mess! He comes twice a month and the house has never looked better. Most importantly though, we trust him. If we weren't home, we would be fine with him starting without us. Or, finishing if we had an appointment. He always arrives promptly. The one time he was delayed, he called to let us know that he was running late (it was only ten minutes). I'm probably crazy to write this review. He'll soon be too busy to fit us in!
