I joined Divine CrossFit about 3 weeks ago and it has been such a great experience so far. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't just throw you straight into a class. They start you with a Prep Course, which helps prepare you before joining the regular classes. What I especially loved about the Prep Course is that you get 6 sessions with a personal trainer. My PT was Alroy, and he is very knowledgeable and really motivates you to keep pushing and not give up. Melissa was my recruiter and Miranda is my nutritionist, and all three of them have been amazing. They are very committed to helping you stay on track with your fitness goals and motivate you to stay consistent. Regardless of your fitness level, Divine CrossFit meets you where you are and helps you grow stronger step by step. The workouts are challenging but also motivating, and the community is very welcoming. Everyone pushes each other to do their best, which makes it easier to stay consistent and keep improving. This CrossFit gym is of excellent quality! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable on proper exercise form, and provide members with positive support and exercise modifications if needed. The members are welcoming to new comers and supportive of one another during classes. ALL levels are welcome to this gym. Equipment is new/in great condition and all members sanitize equipment for themselves after use. BMI progress is tracked in gym for members. I tried my first group class at Divine in March and instantly fell in love! All of the members are very friendly and inviting, and the coaches are fantastic! The facility is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The bathrooms are always spotless and you can tell the owners and staff put a lot of time into keeping the facility clean and organized.
