After over 6 months I am having to have my root canal and crowns redone due to their shoddy work. Run the other way!!!

You are better off letting a random person off the street do your dental work. I seriously could not believe the level of unprofessionalism this place has. I'm incredibly disappointed in the level of care the dentist has. First off, the staff is so unprofessional having personal phone calls at the front desk, didn't bother to greet me or nothing. The x-ray tech was the only delightful person to meet. The dentist didn't even bother to remove her mask to introduce herself, just nonchalantly asked how I was doing and then jumped straight into my mouth. Didn't bother to smile and appeared unhappy to be there. Then slapped me with the $300 bill before even beginning to do the 1 exam and 1 filling, which by the way, the filling took LITERALLY 3 minutes tops. In the middle of doing it she gets up and says she has to get something, returns and mutters under her mask to the assistant that I was bleeding, and then proceeding to jab me with more anesthetic. At the end of it I was left traumatized by the botched job. So carelessly rushing through it. I will never return and hope no one else has to go through this. It makes sense why they have bad reviews on here. I had other concerns they didn't bother to take the time to discuss it with me, only to rush me out. Not even have a nice day by the dentist. I'm flabbergasted. No chairside manners whatsoever, save your money and time and go elsewhere. read more

Please run do not walk away as fast as you can. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. The lack of professionalism starting at the front desk all the way to the dentist who screams at you and is complaining I bleed too much. And walks out. It's been six months and 25 lbs, and I still cannot keep my dentures in my mouth nor can I eat. I called today after being promised a realign in 6 months. Now they want more money... That was not our original agreement. I have filed a grievance with my insurance company. This place is the worst place a person can choose to go to. It is horrendous. read more

All I can say is is you will regret going I know I regret taking my granddaughter the most unprofessional office I have ever been to ! And you will always have to go back because of the dental work, we finally had it and just spoke up and they finally said they needed to make improvements but I didn't want to stick around to find out we had enough ! read more

Just started, but the staff seem very nice. Dr. Bree is who I saw and she was very pleasant and made sure I wasn't hurting as I started a crown procedure on a broken tooth.. Got a temporary crown the second visit and now waiting for the n cut appointment for the permanent. read more

going to say the same thing someone else did, I wish I could give zero stars!! wow, after reading some of these reviews and what I personally went through with this dentist, it seems she just loves to tell people they need root canals!!! Well for my experience, two SIMPLE fillings have now turned into two root canals and two crowns!! I got a second opinion from another dentist, brought her my x-rays, and she said that the filling was SO DEEP On the tiniest decay, she said it definitely seems like she is doing this on purpose so that people have to get root canals!! how terrible! not to mention she is so heartless and does not have the social ability to communicate well with her patients, just does the procedure and walks out when she is done!! i'm actually in tears because I can't believe someone would do this to people, especially with how expensive root canals and crowns can be, wow. smh. run farrrrrrrr away from this dentist!!!!!!! read more

I do not recommend this dentist! The lady at the front desk is RUDE! I called to ask questions about my daughters appointment because somehow her insurance is maxed out and she has only been to the dentist 3 times this year!! And instead of being professional and explaining to me what was going on she was very short and rude. Also, they do unnecessary root canals. They have done root canals on my son, my daughter and tried to do one on me. They wouldn't clean my teeth until I got a root canal. So I went and got a second opinion... Surprise! I didn't need a root canal! Also, She pulled one of my teeth and left some of the tooth in my mouth! read more

Great staff. Always makes a trip to the dentist enjoyable. Even my grandson doesn't mind going for checkups.

Okay so I went to Dr. Davis a year ago last month and got a crown she actually started the root canal in February of 2019! I got the permanent crown finally in June 2019! Here it is July 2020 and that crown fell out of my mouth and the original tooth so distorted it's almost impossible to build a new tooth from. I need a new root canal and crown! I would never recommend her. Beyond the fact her work is shotty and disfigured she's unprofessional and uncaring. The work she did on my child has to be corrected as well.. I'm so angry and disappointed in the fact I wasted so much time and effort on her! read more

To only have a dental hygienist working on Tuesday's and Thursday's is just ridiculous. Not to mention, the dental hygienist is a smoker and you can smell the tobacco odor while she cleans your teeth. Also, waiting time goes beyond the appointment time, which is annoying. read more

My first dental appointment after a decade of dental treatment in the military, and they tell me I need multiple root canals and multiple cavity fillings. I was fortunate to have the good instincts to get multiple opinions, and an honest dentist informed me that I needed a cavity filled, but that there was no way they could have definitively diagnosed root canals from the X-rays alone. So, 2 root canals and 3 fillings as the diagnosis from Divine Dentistry turned into one cavity filling that could at worst turn out to be a root canal (they won't know until they get in there). It appears to me that the folks at Divine Dentistry just want your money at the expense of unnecessary dental work, and don't mind shaking a military veteran down to do so. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!!! My husband went in after having some severe discomfort with a tooth. They attempted to up sale him on a partial when he came in for a toothache . This office wanted him to be off his blood thinners for 7 days; which mind you is life threatening for someone who has 2 artificial values, before having a tooth extractEd. Howeve, his cardiologist said only 2-3 days max, which was discussed with this dentist office. She was adamit that she would not do it before 7 days. Her answering service stated they are open on Fridays from 8-12, but told his cardiologist office they are close. Not only did their advice almost kill him, but now his tooth has developed an abscess. He can't eat, mouth and face are swollen, and the pain... the pain is unbearable to the point he has had to go to the ER... this office didn't call nothing in for pain, nor an antibiotic during the wait to have the tooth remove. I would not sent my worse enemy to this office!!!! You don't play with peoples lives!!!! Please, please, go somewhere where they care for the patient and not just the money!!!!! read more

went in for normal check up and cleaning. the dental tech was very condescending and told me i needed several thousand dollars worth of gum cleaning before they did anything. NEVER saw the dentist and didn't get a cleaning. Also, filling out the insurance paperwork is all about how much insurance you have and what they can bill you for. went to a different dentist a week later (out of my own pocket) for a second opinion and turns out i have great gum health, got a cleaning as well! go figure. this place is all about getting insurance to pay. especially the government/welfare insurance. read more

I visited about a year ago. Went in for a check-up since I hadn't been in a while. Standard x-ray and evaluation. I needed a deep cleaning and I opted to replace my fillings since I guess the material that was used was out of date. The deep cleaning was fine, but when my fillings were replaced I couldn't close my jaw. They overfilled and I went back in the next day which is great. They removed some composite from the overfilled tooth, but the next morning while eating cereal I experienced sharp, intense pain in the tooth. I called to let them know, but they asked that I wait a week. Not sure why I had to wait since they caused it. After a week they did another x-ray and I needed a root canal performed. I asked for both of my x-rays (initial and post procedure), but they only had the post procedure x-ray, which I thought was odd since my x-rays shouldn't be discarded after a week and a half. I never went back. On the plus side, I personally think the people there are great and the facility is neat and clean. One of the ladies that worked there heard what happened and was nice enough to suggest a product sold at Wal-mart to help. It was glue used to keep caps in place, which I thought was going beyond what most people would do, but I think I should not have needed a root canal in the first place. read more

Once again the staff at Divine Dentistry has made my daughter very happy. They continue to promote healthy oral hygiene. The staff also makes her feel like they care because they ask her about school and her extra curricular activities. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They manage to somehow work around her braces and give her a very thorough cleaning. I love this office! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My husband went after leaving the navy's dental care. Somehow he needed enough work to max out our deductible. Almost every single one of his teeth needed to be drilled and filled, After already being cleared from the Navy. They over filled some, which he needed to go back and have fixed. Some of it later chipped off, which he went back and they said it was nothing. He now has sensitivity issues in his front teeth, which cause pain. It's been a year from treatment and still has pain. Had a second dentist look at his X-rays, there was nothing wrong with his teeth to begin with. I hope this dentist loses their license. read more
