The BBQ chicken looked nicely cooked on the skin. The meat wasn't dry and was perfectly cooked, just not warm. The corn on the cob was cooked and soaked in butter, it was nicely cooked as well. The Cole slaw was okay, not a lot of flavor and wasn't too creamy. The potato salad had big chunks of potatoes and had a decent amount of big chunks of assorted veggies too. The pasta salad looked decent, but I skipped it, wasn't feeling the gluten today. The hamburgers and toppings went over well with the crowd.
