They didn't provide much correspondence directly to me when voicing my concerns/issues, but they weren't blatantly dismissive either. I saw the doctor once and he looked outright exhausted/checked out. He didn't follow up with me at all before getting discharged; this was delegated to the nurse that was looking over me. Overall, the care wasn't bad. They did labs, X-ray, and general monitoring. Overall, I feel impartial.

I have been on oxygen continuously since 2002 for pulmonary hypertension and severe anemia. I could not find a supplier accepted by my insurance and must have it to live. Called every number on the long list unsuccessfully. Then had to purchase my own concentrator for at home use. Then after 11 months finally found that Rhema in Hillsboro was acceptable to my ins. They brought me a home concentrator (I did not need) and large 5' tank. I needed a battery powered portable to go to my numerous dr appts but they said I had to wait 3 months and rent the home concentrator (I did not need). Then when 3 months were up they said I had to wait another 3 months, Now today they said I have to wait another 3 months. That will make 9 months I have to go to my appts without oxygen. Every time I walk my oxygen sats go down to 80 or less and I feel like I am going to pass out. I am crying as I write this because I feel like I may as well give up. Renting equipment while I am still paying for the the one I purchased in February 2016. Have to rent stuff I don't need for 9 months and what if in August they just add another 3 months. If I make it til August. Maybe I can just cancel all my appts and hope for the best. I am really in between a rock and a hard place as this is the only supplier my insurance accepts in my area. I wish when I call they will let me talk to someone who cares and knows what they are doing.

That company's aids were nearly useless and caused my mom (my dad's primary caretaker) more stress than not having any aid at all. The second time my dad was hospitalized, I researched and called around and decided to try Lonestar. I encouraged my mom to give it another try. Lonestar's aid (Marci) and nurse (Dorothy) are exceptional. I would give them more stars if I could. They do an amazing job caring for my dad and have reduced my mom's stress enormously. They are incredibly helpful, caring and hard working which is not easy to find.
