Whether it was because of high patient volume, job dissatisfaction, or persinal lack of empathy I am not certain. Other than that, the facility was clean, office staff were professional and courteous,radiologist report was fast, schefuling was mediocre...long wait times on the phone. Leave messages and don't get called back. I called and left a message on the Radiology Ditector's voicemail to ask a question about my exam. She never called back.
