This is a long post but…read moreworth the read. **My first email, asking questions and they respond with 'Hi Les, Yes, we do injections and medication. The best way to become a new patient is to call us. We will tell you everything your need to know. Kind Regards, Cory Hanflink' ** So, I called and had the nastiest person on the phone. I hung up and sent this email. They're so proud of themselves. My email: 'Dude. What a horrible experience trying to simply get an appointment. The lady said I had to 1) get a referral from who's been treating me (you can't request medical records like everyone else? I'm not in good health and have a lot of doctors. My pain management doctor is too far since I moved here) 2) have the imaging and discs/reports sent over? I have these. I have this all on a disc, along with the report. I wouldn't have been able to see an orthopedic surgeon, chiropractor, and neurosurgeon without them. But you can't take them? I'm having a T5-T8 discectomy performed very soon. I have the advantage plan that I have (PPO) so I don't need referrals. And I'm new to pain management - only the last few months, but my doctor is near my old home in Orlando. You are 3 minutes away, but you are way.too.complicated. I'm sorry I called.' ---- the employee was a complete waste of fresh air----- and then they reply with this: ** Dude. I'm sorry you called and wasted our employees time. Every pain management doctor will need those things from you. You said you are new to pain management? Well we aren't, this is how these things work. We can't request medical records without your signature, its illegal. We need the report to find out what is wrong with you, or else the doctor cant treat you, that's kind of how doctors work. We are not hurting for patients, and because of your attitude, we would not accept you as a patient now anyway. Good luck finding someone to treat your pain, your going to need it! BYE!** ----------- What a rude, 'nasty' professional response. So I did a little investigating on my own, and I'm glad I'm not going there. I already told them I had everything they needed in my hands. Apparently, though they brag about how many patients they have, they probably aren't real, pain-management candidate patients. They're probably their medical marijuana patients. *MEDICAL MARIJUANA RIPOFF*- This is not what I was coming for, but this doctor recommends medical marijuana, but charges to add smokable and charges every 2 months. His fees are very high. This quack is one of the most expensive you will ever find! ------ Update: Cory, everything you said in response is an absolute lie. You're a fraud and nothing more, nothing less. You didn't spend time with me on the phone like you said, and everything else you said is an utter lie. KMA!

I have a herniated disc in my neck that is pressing against my spinal cord WARNING to anybody who's wanting to use this pain management Facility. They will give you medication like Lyrica that does not help pain. Lyrica is an absolutely horrible drug that will make you gain weight . in fact, Florida pain took one x-ray of my neck when I first got referred to them and they started pushing me to do procedures. Now I am finally seeing a "Real Doctor" and on my way to recovery ! avoid this place , it's a waist of co pays and insurance. He was thorough in explaining the procedure, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt informed and supported throughout the process. I truly appreciate the level of care and compassion shown by Dr. Udeshi and his entire team.

She has been a patient there for years and has received good care; however, she missed an appointment in April due to a death in the family and due to all the chaos and emotional upheaval did not reschedule her appointment until she realized she was running out of medicine. They quickly scheduled her an appointment with a nurse practitioner but when she arrived at the office they canceled the appointment because she needs to actually see the doctor because it has been so long since she had an appointment. The next available appointment is September 23rd--and she will be out of medicine in a few days. This medicine is also used as an antidepressant and should not be discontinued abruptly due to the withdrawal effects called antidepressant discontinue syndrome. Let me be clear this is not a narcotic drug at all. I simply asked them--starting four days ago to please give her enough medicine so she can make it to the doctor appointment. I have called every day for four days and have been assisted by two nice ladies who answer the phones but are not actually in the office. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE HAS CALLED ME BACK IN THE FOUR DAYS. Today when I called the lady informed me that they would not give her any medicine before the appointment because it has been too long since she has been seen. She has been on this medication prescribed by the office for YEARS! This just goes to show you that all the negative reviews are true--find another doctor--that is what we are doing. I myself have also been a patient of this practice and will also be finding another office. They clearly could care less about the individual patient.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. In taking the Hippocratic Oath, Callenberger must have overlooked…read morethe word "no" and thought it was "Do harm." My family's experience with him was a nightmare. I had an elderly relative who fell and broke her pelvis. The fractures were mild, not even visible on hospital x-rays; they appeared only in CT scans. Still, Callenberger insisted that my relative had to go to a "rehab center" for two to four weeks. He was adamant, even though--by his own admission--he recalled a rehab center that "reeked or urine," as he blithely put it. Callenberger sticks to one and only one paradigm, and he paints patients into a corner. Disaster can ensue, and it did for us. Since he was the doctor, I followed his directive. I selected a well-rated rehab center, although I found it to be understaffed and blighted by incompetence. Eight days into her stay there, my relative suffered a stroke. Two months later, she died. This catastrophe was avoidable. Had Callenberger presented different options instead of just one--the rehab center--we would have welcomed our relative back home, where recovery would have been congenial and safe. Callenberger should be placed in a rehab center himself so that he gets a dose of his own medicine, literally. The experience might prompt a badly needed revision of his primitive thinking. This sham of a doctor is constrained by a curtained mind and failure to listen. My relative had no desire to stay in a rehab center, but Callenberger insisted. What did he hope to achieve by sending a patient in her 90s to such a place? Of what utility was that? Where is Callenberger's sense of reality and sensitivity to patients? He has none. A competent doctor would take a better-informed, more thoughtful look at individual patients instead of a formulaic approach to the whole lot of them. Intellectually clumsy and thus dangerous, Callenberger needs a realistic appraisal of each unique patient and a more flexible cast of mind. He has neither. Speaking of cast, I would not even trust Callenberger to make a cast or splint. Open his little black bag and you'll probably find snake oil and leeches. This guy should not be practicing medicine. He should be sweeping floors in a morgue or mowing lawns at a cemetery. That way, he would be closer to his victims. Don't trust this guy; don't listen to him. Exercise your own judgment. The life of your loved one will depend on it.

Dr Newbert was very knowledgeable and if any issue came up he handled it quickly and effectively. When Melanie joined the team she took over my care. She filled my intrathecal pump and adjusted it accordingly. They got 10 stars out of a possible 5. To say things have gone south in the last several months since the new staff took over would be the biggest understatement of the year. Yesterday, September 3rd 2026, everything came to a head. My pump refill was scheduled for August 28th or so I thought. If I had received one of the many notices that I used to get, I would have known the 8 in the 28 of the handwritten slip of paper I received as an appointment card, was actually a 0. When the real date was figured out, on the 21st, I started calling and leaving messages on their back line extension that is posted at the check in desk. I called everyday, most days multiple times a day. No RESPONSE! I left voice messages, the answering service sent emails, I even spoke to the billing office trying to reach the office manager, no response from all that. Finally I drove the hour and 15 minutes over to the office after my pump started alarming. After going back and forth with the staff on if I could be seen without an appointment, if the medicine was still in the office, I was 2.5 hrs later. When the young lady came in the room, she never introduced herself. She was wearing bright pink scrubs with no white coat. I thought she was an intern or nurse. She said I hear you missed your appointment. I said I wouldn't have if the appointment paper was readable, or if anyone would have bothered to send a reminder, or answer any of the calls I have been making since the 21st. Her response was, I can't do anything about that, that is not my department. Then she went on to ask "what all are we doing today". I said just the fill and the biggest raise that you can give me. Her response was How long has your pump been alarming? oh your pump is empty I can't raise it. You can come back in 2 weeks and get it raised then I said no "thank you. I don't believe that the pump is empty". Yes it is. if it has been alarming for that long, it is empty. I shook my head no. She said "look, you have been yelling at everyone and just wanting to argue since you got here". I said "no ma'am I have never once raised my voice, said a foul word. I have just spoke the truth". After a couple of minutes of silence, i said, "the level of empathy is astounding. Everything has gone downhill since Dr. Newbert left". Her response was,"this system was in place before he left. I am so tired of you people saying that. I don't have anything to do with that. You want empathy but this is a business. We do are jobs and stay in our lanes". I said a "Dr office is more than just a business". When I got off the table I saw the syringe that had the remains of the solution that was left in my pump. I said "see my pump wasn't empty after all". I turned the handle of the door to leave and she said I am still not raising your pump. You can come pack in 2 weeks. Don't leave I have to reset the pump. I turned around to sit down and she said "don't you ever make an aggressive move towards me again". I said "what are you talking about. I never did or said anything aggressive. I can't believe that you would say that". Her response was "I am so tired of you starting arguments". When I walked down the hallway she.bumped into me going past me. She walked into the back office. I said "Hey" and she turned around. I pointed at her. She was 10 to 15 feet away, and I said "don't you ever accuse me of being aggressive when you almost knock me off balance like that. You have a lot to learn about professionalism". Her response was "don't you put your finger in my face".I laughed and said "princess If I was in your face you would know". Then she told the receptionist to make my next appointment in Viera because she won't fill my pump again. When the receptionist finished checking in 2 patients she asked if I wanted an appointment in Viera. I said no thank you. I just need the print out of my pump. I have gotten this print out ever time that I get the pump filled for the 18 years of having the pump. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting for the print out, I am told that they can't figure out how to print it out and will email it to me. I left. Not once did someone say, I am sorry for the confusion. Give us a chance to make it right. I guess that is one difference between a business a and a Dr. office. Other patients were there in person because they couldn't get a phone call returned. One man has tried to get his meds refilled for 4 months and finally drove 2 hours to do it in person. The entire time I was in the office the phone never rang. I believe that under different circumstances things may have gone differently, I will never find out.
