Fake pee right and the temp was off so as I'm dumping more fake pee into another cup I'm just thinking how can I warm it up but I gave her the fake pee a second time and she checks it temp was no issue but the "mean" receptionist lady only would tme there's errors in my test and it had to go to the lab,mind you now I'm going home no scripts flipping out cus now I've paid for 2 piss tests on top of my appointment and was told "IF' THE LAB test comes back better I'd have to pay for that piss test before getting scripts..so a week later I go in,all expecting to get my scripts because in my mind the worse thing that could be wrong is my "FAKE"PISS DIDN'T HAVE ANY OXY IN IT... MUCH TO MY SURPRISE that mean lady seemed to take pleasure in telling me you can no longer be seen here because you had cocaine in your urine.. I'm there shocked fake pee failed for cocaine, so I figured if I come clean to Dr VELLEFF and let him know it was fake pee because of weed maybe he'd let me give my actual pee but that mean unprofessional receptionist said nope he doesn't want to see you or speak to you here's a paper for circles of care they can detox you as I'm in extreme pain and opiate sick.. so as I find myself on the street level not even believing how much I'm spending on the pills now it came to the point I couldn't pay my bills, then one fateful day someone said to me this $20 bag of H will get you twice as long as a $30 pill.. so I started with A little till the little wouldn't do so the little got more and more, so I stumbled upon straight fentanyl. Which was so wonderful I'd ask brown or white.. I'd only buy the white cus I'd be able to get 4-5 times outta $20.now I'm fully involved with a whole life I never knew existed right in my own neighborhood so it didn't take me long to be shooting it up..one day I'm super sick I can't even get off the bathroom floor so I call one of my new buddys and said stop off at my brotha from another mutha and I'd pay for his 20 for picking us each up one.. so he gets there and I'm sicker then I've ever been crying begging bro can you please fix my rig up and hit my vain I'm too Shakey pukey and totally unable to, the one thing he didn't realize is I wasn't expecting the whole dub in 1 shot he would do a whole dubthen another and another, I mean he saw me do a whole dub of brown multiple times so he just figured I'd need the whole point of fentanyl to get off empty, that was my first experience overdosing. Needless to say all because I felt I needed some weed because Dr VELLEFF took away my Xanax and figured everyone else gets away with using fake pee but noo my luck so had it instead of pissing straight THC in the cup I buy fake pee and failed for cocaine, like seriously cocaine the drug that leaves urine system in 72 hours I mean weed takes 30 days I do believe if that MEAN DISRESPECTFUL RECEPTIONIST WOULD HAVE LET ME EXPLAIN TO DR VELLEFF THE WHOLE TRUTH OF THE MATTER then I'm quite positive he would have discarded the FALSE POSITIVE cocaine test and made me give actual pee from my bladder,INSTEAD I COMPLETELY RUINED MY WHOLE LIFE, I LOST EVERYTHING I EVER HAD, INCLUDING RESPECT FROM FAMILY AND SOCIETY, I ALSO LOST EVERY LICK OF CONFIDENCE,I WENT FROM BEING SOMEONE WELL LOVED AND RESPECTED TO SOMEONE HATED BY ALL CAN'T BUY A LICK OF RESPECT AND I CAN'T EVEN FIND THE CONFIDENCE TO BELIEVE IN FAITH, this has been the hardest thing I've ever had to go thru but I'm still 100% permanently disabled extreme pain has gotten worse with my last overdose which had me in a coma on life support 10 days and in the hospital 6 weeks I'm now paralyzed from knee down in my left leg with extreme pain I am much stronger than that shit tho today is day number 71 off the shit All I get for pain is Subutex anyway that's my experience with the RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY MEAN RECEPTIONIST WHO OBVIOUSLY AIN'T BEEN LAID IN MANY YEARS, AT LEAST AINT BEEN LAID RIGHT.

I could hear all of them in the background talking but I excused it to them being busy. After being in the clinic 50 minutes I went to the counter and told them I was leaving. Receptionist was surprised I was still waiting. I do not know whose fault it was but I cancelled all 5 of my final appointments. Am I fixed! NO far from it! But an organization that cannot keep track of their patients or their schedule is not where I want to be at. I will deal with finding another PT.

I did not wait long in the waiting room, nor the exam room. The office was very clean. Dr. Wilson reviewed my notes and was conservative in his treatment approach due to my past medical history. I have to be super careful taking antibiotics and he was able to give me a remedy that did not involve oral meds. I am extremely grateful for this conservative approach. This doctor is very patient and polite. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Ashley (nurse) & Dr Thomas Wilson was very patient with me & listened to me. He gave me options & let me decide which one that I wanted. He asked me if I wanted to think it over & come back at a later time. He does not suggest or push you for an option. I did have quite a wait (why the 5-star rating you ask?) I found out that on that particular day (Wednesday), there was only Dr Wilson working but the key thing was he did not rush & really cared about his patients. They apologized & since I was his last patient of the day, he asked me if I wanted to do the procedure then & there (which would save me another trip to the clinic.) Did the procedure (even went past closing) & his staff stayed behind. He & his staff still had the same cheerful, friendly, & helpful attitude at the end as when I got there. Sorry for the length of this review. I think on this particular day, the delay in being seen was the circumstances stated. Anyway, this worked for me & the quality of care was great. If you are not accepting new patients, at least be courteous enough to return the call and say that. Being new to the area and needing a new primary care physician isn't fun to begin with; but this is the second doctor's office that seems to ignore messages.
