I connected with the Ayurveda practitioner well in advance for my shirodhara appointment. Although she kept me appraised of the status, first appointment was canceled due to plumbing issues at the building. I reconnected to schedule another suitable appointment. This time it was canceled considering Covid situation. I found Heidi to be totally unprofessional giving different reasons for unwarranted cancellations. Lotus website advertises continuation of spa appointments. This experience left a very bad taste since Ayurveda treatment are build upon trust and total honesty. read more

I concur with the other reviews on here... Heidi has a gift! Her hands are magical and she is truly a gem. Her energy is wonderful and I felt safe and cared for during my one hour prenatal massage (which I bought through Groupon). Honestly I don't remember much of the massage because I kept drifting off to sleep. I get massages often but this was my first prenatal one and I rarely fall asleep because that's just me. I caught myself snoring 4 different times and I was mortified, but I'm sure Heidi is used to it. I kept thinking to myself 'this is bliss!' The lighting, music, smells, and even the pouring rain outside contributed to that.. Additionally the bed and side pillow were so comfy!!! I felt bad raving about the massage to my fiance because he does his best to give me great massages, but I couldn't help it lol. I will DEFINITELY be back and I can't wait! :) highly recommended!
