I was very nervous about getting back into the field, but missed the satisfaction serving people gave me. When I interviewed with Karen, the owner I left in tears. She was genuinely so kind and welcoming. Very understanding and accommodating. It was one of the best interviews I've ever been to. I was offered another position for a Home Health and Hospice agency, but chose to go with Best Home Care and Staffing based on my interview with Karen. Her heart and passion for her clients was huge. I have only been here a few months, but continue to see that passion take place as we've developed the Home Health side of the business. She is open to new ideas and does her best to help us meet our goals with in our fields of expertise. Takes hours for a call back, doesn't call and let my grandma know that she sent her caregiver somewhere, my aunt is disabled and in a wheel chair. My grandma is killing herself taking care of my aunt. She fell a few months trying to help my aunt and laid on the floor for 14 hrs until someone found her, We've have wonderful caretakers ask for better specific hours to help with the needs and the management tell them no because others want the hours but yet nobody comes in during those hours. They tell certain caregivers to go different places and then not send anyone over to my grandma's. This place is a joke, if you have to send a caretaker somewhere, maybe I should suggest sending someone that isn't on a schedule to go take care of your private clients. I won't be recommending anyone to this business.

Very kind, patient, caring and 100% Professional. They match up caregivers to clients very well. I love my job and my clients. I worked for 2 other companies before then and it have me an even bigger appreciation for how awesome they are. They don't beg you to take shifts that you don't want to or can't take on.
