Come to find out her oxygen was somehow unplugged by staff!!! She was basically tortured for 2-hrs plus gasping for air when we got there. And by the way I had to realize something was wrong and check all the Oxygen cords. When I confronted the nurses they tried to gaslight me and tell me "this is was death looks like" my mom shortly died about a week after. Unfortunately because of her condition, there wasn't any justice we could get to prove the cause of death. But my siblings and I know it's because of what happened here at wellsprings. We got her in on a Friday. They said we had to bring all her physical medications that she had. Well somehow they lost them so on Saturday when she needed her pain medicine they did not have it and said they couldn't do anything until Monday when the pharmacist could prescribe it. (she had a fractured hip bone and cancer in her ball socket) so for her not to have pain medicine is crazy! They said she would start physical therapy on Saturday ~ she had nothing. I questioned it and said they could do nothing until Monday?? My mother needed bed rails because her legs weren't working properly and she needed them to pull herself up and down to get comfortable - yes they said we needed to wait until Monday to order them. I talked to her nurse because she really needed an enema she hadn't had a bowel moment for over 10 days. The nurse rolled her eyes at me and said really 10 days. Also when I asked the nurse to help my mom with something she said I have 24 other patients I need to get medication too So we had to wait. Come Monday like everyday I went to see my mom at the wee hours of the morning. I found my mom unresponsive. They didn't find her from the time I left on Sunday night. I found her. They called the EMT. Before I left with the emt they made sure I signed paperwork to save her bed and Make sure they could still get paid while she was gone. My mother was admitted into the hospital with a severe stroke. I went back the next day to make sure she was discharged and to pick up her belongings. The first they they did Was NOT ask how she was doing or anything like that - they asked me if I could pay my bill. So heartless. please please if you love and care for your Mother/Father or family member DO NOT consider this facility. There is soooo much more I can't even articulate

She was ran into a wall by a nurse (complete accident) and her leg hit the wall and long story short, they broke her leg in a different location. They did not inform anyone of what happened and still have not. We wouldn't have known if my grandma hadn't said anything. No one is taking accountability and trying to place blame everywhere else. Very disappointing. The facility and staff seem very kind and considerate however every time I have gone in. The facility is clean. I really wish this accident didn't happen otherwise I'd have a much different review.
