Wow, what a great company. Trent, the office manager is awesome. He really cares about the elderly and the caregivers. The other office staff are great too. They are always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile. If you are looking for a great home care company, this is it! read more

The staff here is extremely friendly, The caregiver was prompt , neat clean, and knows her job well. I felt extremely comfortable leaving mom with them watching her. I totally recommend this service read more

I have way to much knowledge on this company. I was a caregiver and I hav dealt with way to much unprofessional crap from the accountant, Juliana. I have needed my paystub twice and she has waited weeks to send it to me, not days!!! There was another instant with another caregiver that she was screaming in the office at someone. Professional to you? Not to me! It doesn't help that her sister, nephew and husband also works in that office!! This is a big deal in that office and they obviously show favoritism!! None of them should be working there as none of them do their job! The only person I have seen to be professional is Mckenzi. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with that family and I feel sorry for anyone wanting to have a job! I am writing this review as a caregiver who has worked with this company, long enough to see how toxic it is! So GLAD NOT TO BE WORKING here! I found a way better company to work for. That pays me more too!!!!!

She was genuinely so kind and welcoming. Very understanding and accommodating. It was one of the best interviews I've ever been to. I was offered another position for a Home Health and Hospice agency, but chose to go with Best Home Care and Staffing based on my interview with Karen. Her heart and passion for her clients was huge. I have only been here a few months, but continue to see that passion take place as we've developed the Home Health side of the business. She is open to new ideas and does her best to help us meet our goals with in our fields of expertise. I'm grateful for an opportunity to serve on a team with similar values and appreciate the freedom we have to bounce ideas off of one another to make our clients lives better.
