After a lengthy application process, assessment testing and introductory video, I had a wonderful interview with my recruiter, Lisa G. She is positive, wonderful, attentive and truly goes above and beyond to place you. I was out interviewing within a week of our meeting and landed a temp-to perm position shortly thereafter. Wages are within the range I specified and my particular employer is a stable, long established company. They are great to work with! I am still within the temp-to-hire period but expect to have a permanent offer extended to me soon. There is no fee to the applicant to use AppleOne. Even if you are out "pounding the pavement" and applying for jobs directly, keep in mind that some employers just don't advertise all of their open positions. There are also some that have agencies handle all prospective employee screenings. It's worth a shot and truly helps to have someone else marketing your job experience, skills and talent.
