Unprofessional. Kept me waiting for 2 hours beyond my appointment time. I left. My time is just as valuable.

I like it here. I go in for annuals and follow ups regarding ongoing gynecology concerns. I do not…read morecome in for OB so I can't speak to that. Dr. Thomas is quick but thorough, seems to genuinely care about her patients and their symptoms and goals! I feel in good hands with the sonography staff-- very informative, kind, and safe environment. The admin/secretary/front desk staff are so so friendly and welcoming-- I really admire that because OBGYN visits can be very nerve wracking for some individuals! Having that smiling face as the first interaction makes a huge difference. As for my point reduction.... What I will say about this office, typical for many clinics, is that they are busy and may not be as on top of administrative stuff as you'd want them to be. I've had to advocate for myself here, as I was told I'd receive calls with results or to schedule follow ups, but those calls never come through unless you reach out. This doesn't all fall on the administrative staff... clinical staff is responsible for this I believe. Keep that in mind-- be sure to keep track of follow ups and results you're waiting for. Ive found the patient portal will not always be reliable as well. Overall I would recommend this office -- speaking only for GYN not OB-- as long as you are an attentive patient invested in your own health. Be warned- you will have to keep track of your own things because this office will fall short.

Dr. Schiller was clearly an intelligent and caring doctor. The staff on the other hand, was a…read morebunch of unprofessional and, well, not nice/competent people. 1. The lady who took my blood dug around in my arm for a vein like I've never experienced. I have a high threshold for pain and I had to tell her four times that she was hurting me. She left a large bruise. 2. The mammogram tech Lisa was just about the most uncaring and unpleasant medical "professional" I've ever met. I told her as soon as I stepped in the room that I had an enormous amount of anxiety over mammograms. When I became a little frustrated at being asked the same medical questions as I had answered on their forms, the tech got a lot of attitude, saying "You seem like you're having a bad day. Are you having a bad day? Because I'm having a fine day." When we finally became so frustrated with each other that it was clear that I needed a different tech, she flung the door wide open, WITH MY BREAST EXPOSED, saying "I'm not going to talk to her!" 3. The ultrasound tech left open a computer screen showing a list of patients, their full names, photos, and what their exam that day was, and then left the room with me and the computer alone. If I had wanted, I could have rifled through their system and looked at protected patient information. When she returned and I asked if she would please close the screen, she asked why and I told her "it protected HIPAA information, and I don't want to see it." She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't protected (100% not true) and that even though we both could see patient names and photos, they were fake names and photos. "My name and photo are up there!" "Oh, that's only because you already checked in." 4. While I had my legs up and feet in the stirrups (which pointed my vagina at the door), a nursing student, without knocking first, came into the room "Oh, I'd like to observe!" I gave my consent, but suggested that before she fling a door open with my vagina exposed, perhaps she should ask BEFORE coming into the room. Overall, I would NEVER come here again or recommend that anyone else come here either. Good luck.

This office is always on time too. Everyone is so kind here and the punctuality is impressive. And now they offer mammography here! What an amazing bonus! One stop shop. I love that I don't have to go to a separate imaging center. It was one of the best mammograms I've ever had. Very comfortable environment. I highly recommend coming here.

Gynecology wise - loved Dr Lefkowitz. 5 stars. Obstetrics…read morewise... RUN. It has been 14 months after my second baby with this OB group (should've learned after the first but was naive) and I cannot recommend them to anyone who wants a truly natural birth. To note, I know 2 other women who used them for their pregnancies and they both were pressured into inductions for EVERY pregnancy. First pregnancy in 2021/22: zero issues at all until 39 wk appt with "Dr" Foley and suddenly had a shockingly high BP per the MA (Foley (or the MA) did not take again), which I know can happen but I was feeling so good so was extra surprised. She comes in and tells me to go to ER right now with basically no explanation/etc. They had no idea of my birth plan (no one asked, I felt no need to discuss), which was no interventions/no meds/etc. So, sobbing HARD, drove myself to RO, very stressed. Was in triage for hours with zero high BPs despite massive stress. Labs/US were good. Dr. Wein... still tried to induce! We said no and asked to DC. Got commended by the triage nurse (which made us feel that it's common practice and most give in) and she recommended trying the birth center (which I had considered but as nervous so didn't even bring up to the Drs). So I brought up to Dr. Paladino at my f/u and she agreed and it happened and everything was beautiful. Got pregnant again and considered going a different route but really liked Dr. L so felt weird doing something different (and wanted to use insurance). So landed there again. Everything was fine until my 30 wk appt w/ Dr Ohm when I asked about the actual process of going to the birth center (since it was so sudden last time); I was aware of the requirements such as a low risk pregnancy. After that, supposedly my BPs were out of control and pre-eclampsia levels high. Which, again, I know can happen. But, my husband and I are PTs and are very confident in taking BPs and took my BP literally HUNDREDS of times in the subsequent wks at all times of day with multiple machines, manually and automatically, and not once got a reading remotely close. Labs were fine also (obviously agreed to them, which was fine). BPPs were fine - had one that the baby "failed" but was sent to triage for a repeat and she passed and hey, my BPs there were completely fine for those several hours. At my 39 wk appt, which I was forced again to see "Dr" Foley, obviously my BP was "high" and also no one could supposedly find the baby's HR on the NST til "Dr" came in and found it right away but supposedly there were decels so again, rudely and zero compassion, told me to go to triage. AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THAT HOURS OF MONITORING THERE SHOWED NO HIGH BPs OR DECELS OR ANY ISSUE. Despite feeling very confident in holding my ground, I ultimately fired this group and went under the care of the hospital OBs/midwives and still gave into induction (sadly). And wouldn't you know, not a single high BP or issue with the baby during the stupid induction process through delivery/postpartum/discharge. And by the way, somewhere around 36-37 wks at an appt with Dr. Paladino, when I told her I was considering going elsewhere after my last pregnancy experience, she told me good luck finding someone to take you at this point -- I did reach out to a midwife group and they were going to take me (but we didn't want to spend the money at that point since I had a million OOP appts by then since my appts were no longer covered by BCBS since they weren't routine and I had to have extra appts) and funny, since I ended up working with the "hospital group". I obviously am not an OB but after my last experience with them, I did SOOO much research about pregnancy/complications/etc (on top of understanding general medical stuff anyway due to having a DPT) so felt pretty confident in making decisions but still ended up with massive trauma. Please... do not use this group for OB services unless you don't care about induction and interventions.
