Great Doctor so glad my girls and I have her for our care! Straight forward and yet caring. Would send every woman I know to her.

They each have a bit of their own style, but I always felt heard and they took the time to answer my first time mom questions with empathy. The front staff is pleasant and the ladies who draw blood are so kind and accommodating. I also was able to talk with a doctor within 15 min both times I needed to used the on call answering service.

The title alone sold me on this place as a woman in her mid-40s. Unfortunately, the service leaves…read morea lot to be desired. I know it's practically taboo to say this these days, but the front desk staff are consistently cold. After several years of coming here, I've yet to be greeted with warmth, enthusiasm, or even a simple smile. Today, after waiting 30 minutes alone in an exam room for my annual Pap appointment, I finally poked my head out and jokingly asked the woman at the front desk if perhaps I'd been forgotten. To my surprise, I got what may have been the first half-smile I've seen here in years. Seven more minutes passed and still no one came to check on me, update me, or explain the delay. At that point, I got dressed, gathered my things, and prepared to reschedule. When I approached the front desk, that same employee showed no sense of urgency, concern, or even curiosity about why a patient who had been waiting nearly 40 minutes in an exam room was now leaving. Her explanation was that she had been tied up on phone calls and couldn't leave her desk, despite two other staff members sitting nearby. A nurse eventually came over and explained that women receiving ultrasounds had been seen before me. When I asked why no one had bothered to communicate that after I'd been waiting nearly 45 minutes, I received a brief, half-hearted apology. Delays happen. Every reasonable person understands that. What patients don't appreciate is being left alone, uninformed, and seemingly forgotten. A simple update, an explanation, or a sincere apology would have completely changed this experience. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I've recommended this practice to countless women over the years. The irony is hard to miss: there are empowering slogans on the walls, bowls of glow-in-the-dark condoms at the front desk, and messaging about supporting women everywhere. Yet the most basic act of making women feel seen, welcomed, and respected seems to be missing. After today's experience, I'm done.

She took the time to truly listen, never rushed the appointment, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism, compassion, and knowledge created a safe, judgment-free environment and made what can often be an uncomfortable visit feel empowering and reassuring. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found a provider who treats patients as people, not just appointments. Katie sets the standard for what quality women's healthcare should be. I highly recommend Katie!

I got extreme post-partum and they helped figuring out what medication I needed. Then I got divorced, my insurance changed. You let me pay cash and that went on for awhile. Then I get a call that said "sorry, we can't accept cash anymore so we can't make any more appointments for you. I was upset and said well how am I going to get my medications filled, the girl in the office said I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you. I asked if I could speak to the doctor that was seeing me and she said I'll let her know to give you a call. No call. I called again and left a voicemail. Nothing. No response. So I ran out of sertraline and had to just quit. I would think they would understand what that can do to someone. I was shocked that a doctor's office would do that. I don't need to let you know all the side effects I received as a result of that. They don't care about people, only about getting paid.
