They put some kind of cleaning product on the fan blades which ended up taking the paint off and bleaching them. Jarred went into my attic and crawlspace to look at the 30 year old equipment and I received the proposal the same day. Melinda walked me through the Alabama Power financing process which was painless. I pulled the trigger and once the equipment was on hand the crew showed up and stayed about 10-11 hours (weathering two rain showers) to get it done! A new fan in the attic, two in the crawlspace, 3 heat pumps and a mini-split for the primary suite. Doyle and his crew couldn't have been more pleasant, courteous and professional to work with. Fire & Ice had done some maintenance work before (through the home warranty company) and I can't be more pleased with the results.
