Being from out of state, we agreed on 15% of our bond instead of the normal 10%. After a friend sent money, we were "offered" a ride 2 miles to recover our car. We were given change and told our receipt would be emailed. A couple days later I contacted them, needing to request my receipt. Upon receiving it, I saw that we were charged 20% and $65 for that 2 mile ride, which I would have called a cab or walked for that. Upon calling and asking about this, I was basically told to get bent. USE ANOTHER COMPANY, NOT THIS ONE!

Once I got in touch with someone to sign the bond and she knew they were on there way she got the paperwork ready and waited there for them to arrive. When they arrived she had already signed the release and I was standing outside with her. So the person signing only had to pay and sign the bond in the parking lot and I was free. Very friendly and on top of everything. You call and check in weekly and show up for court and you'll never have an issue. Hopefully I won't ever need a bondsman again but if I do they will be my first call and I would and do recommend them to everyone.
