There's a different driver assigned, and she will have him call me. An hour later..another name provided. Told the wrong address. This driver did reach out, and I texted him my GPS coordinates, which, rerouted him. I got home around 1930. Precision Towing put all kinds of other calls before me. This is how they treated me...like I don't matter at all. No discounts..not even a Veteran discount (Army vet here!). I do not recommend.
