After verifying he had a used tire in stock that would fit, he told me he'd be there in 30 minutes. He actually beat that time and arrived even earlier! Josh was incredibly kind and helpful. Because some things in the car had to be done at the dealership, collision veterans were always in contact with the dealership and us so that all went well. Unfortunately the dealership, while placing a new sensor board, fries our brand new battery and didn't tell collision veterans about it. Collision veterans were the professionals and were proactive with the battery issue. They are honest, professional and accountable. Love these people. Veteran owned and locals.
