No explanation, no word of apology for not getting back to me, no reason why they have a phone number that NO ONE answers, nothing, just a refund of my money after two weeks of no response from them!!! They worked like crazy (avoided all the sprinkler lines, thank GOD) and were there for 3 hours!!! Everything was set up perfect and stayed perfectly in place. For tare down they were gracious enough to give me a time and were prompt and fast. They took care of everything and we could not have been more impressed. Thanks again for sending such a hard working team and for all your support these last two events. You were quick with every change, were able to supply EVERYTHING we needed and really gave us a since of confidence knowing you "had our backs".
