I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your equipment needs. Recently, we…read morereceived a bill of $62.99 for a bracket that we had already paid for in-store. Despite contacting them twice about this issue and being reassured that it was a mistake in their system, we have now received another notice regarding the same payment. It is incredibly frustrating to be accused of not making a payment that we clearly remember doing. At this point, I am requesting urgent communication from the owner to address this matter. The customer service we have experienced has been extremely poor, and I have no intentions of returning to this store in the future. It took an entire year for our order to be fulfilled, and now they are claiming they did not receive our cash payment upon delivery. This lack of accou

Once the appliances were delivered I contracted a appliance technician to connect the oven for me and test it out and was told the oven doesn't work no gas to the pilot and one of the burners doesn't light. Contacted Peoples and was told there was no warranty. I was put on hold and requested a call back and newer received one. Spent $4,000 not to a call back. I would not recommend buying anything used from there.

The first cooking class was Latin steak night where we made steak with chimichurri and gelato for dessert. The second cooking class was crabcake with steak and garlic aïoli with oven roasted asparagus and chocolate lava cake. It was such a delicious meal. And she is a fantastic instructor. I've signed up for my third class and can hardly wait. As for the store itself, the staff are really nice. I've purchased a number of items here. If you take a cooking class you also get 10% off in the store which I took advantage of. They have a beautiful selection of just about everything you would ever need for your kitchen and serving goods. What's not to like about that?

The room for the class isn't very big. The class consisted of 3 tables of 8. Twenty-four people per class is too big. It felt too cozy. I've taken a Sur La Table class before but it's been awhile. I remember it being more hands-on. In this class, we barely did anything. The lobster was cooked and cut for us. We cut some herbs and mixed the dressing. Not very exciting. The potatoes were pre-cooked and one person from each table got to smash them. We were given all the ingredients for the pie and we threw it all together and into a pan. The dough for the roll was premade for us. We each took a piece and rolled it into the shape of a roll. The Rickey was made for us. I wouldn't take another class.

Went here today on a high school field trip. I walked in with my group, five girls and another…read moregroup who also had a chaperone of about six boys. All 9th grade kids. The kids were excited. They were trying on the sombreros, looking at the dresses, searapes and other various items. Were they loud? 100%. Were they being goofy? 100%. Were they rude, disrespectful or out of control? No. not at all. Never once did anyone from the store greet us, or say one word to us for that matter. After about 10 minutes a woman approached me, who I later found out was the owner, and told me that our time was up and we needed to leave "now". Obviously I was taken aback. She told me that the kids were being obnoxious and they picked up a pricing gun and were playing with it. I asked her if she had spoken to them. She had not. I asked if she talked to them upon arrival telling them to be careful and she said " I shouldn't have to". Now if this was my store, and I saw a school group coming in I might want to stop them at the door and remind them of my expectations on how to behave, what not to touch. perhaps I might only allow so many kids in at a time, etc. But this woman literally said nothing to us. She met us with a cold stare, ready to find fault. She said, these kids obviously have no intention to buy anything so they need to go "now" Which is strange because I didn't realize that's how stores worked. I thought we were allowed to browse whether or not we were purchasing. However, these kids did intend to buy but after her obnoxious behavior they ran out the door. She quickly followed them and as she got into her car she yelled at them "BYE AND NEVER COME BACK". The employee who was left in the store was super kind and explained to me that the woman was the owner and she gets very upset with school groups. Which Is wild to me because I can't imagine many people are coming down on a random Wednesday afternoon buying overpriced items that can be purchased elsewhere for much less. I'm planning a quinceanera for my daughter in September and we were looking for items to buy but I'm glad to know how this owner operates and we will no longer be visiting the store. Her actions were unreasonable, unprofessional and downright rude. So, no worries, store owner lady. We will definitely "never come back" and we will make sure all our friends know to do the same. * Was brought to my attention after the store owner left that in fact a small item had been broken. Which I paid for without question. Because that's how things work. Conversations are helpful (when they actually happen) and people respond well to reason and kindness

The shop has a lot of parking space so it was easy to access. There were so many unique figures, pots, clothings, and decorations. You have to be really careful to not touch anything as a lot of items are easily breakable. I was looking for a penguin figurine and did not see one today. They had other animals too though. The shop owner is very nice too and shared some information about the area.
