Terrible customer experience with CountrySense Nurseries…read more They do not communicate with clients once they are paid and orders are not delivered. I placed an order on May 17, 2025 and was promptly sent an email asking for an etransfer. I bought a $10 item and was charged $23.10 for expedited shipping. I was told it was a busy time for them and that my order may be delayed. It is June 15, 2025 - 4 weeks later - and I have not heard a thing nor received my order. I have reached out to CountrySense via e-mail four (4) times and via FB Messenger once. I have tried to telephone but neither of the locations answers the phones - they seem to be out of service. I have requested that my order be cancelled and that I be refunded - twice. I have not received a message back. Save yourself the grief and don't bother ordering from this company. I cannot speak for their walk-in sales service but would never recommend the on-line order route from this shop.

I had been looking forward to stopping by the gallery for some time now as I often drive by it on my way to work. However I deeply regret my decision to do so. I was shocked by the rudeness of the owner and overall I am just disappointed as I often tell friends and family about the location of the studio. I will certainly not be stopping by again any time soon nor recommending it to anyone in the future.
