Turns out his colleague WAS the manager, was aware it was labelled incorrectly, hadn't fixed the problem and denied the ajustment. I had been looking forward to this shopping experience. The staff have even suggested more affordable items which I found to be very honest and nice. The bad: it is difficult to find a staff member. There doesn't seem to be enough of them on the floor and rarely is their more than one cash open which makes for long lineups. I'll continue to shop at this location because it is clean and easy to navigate.
