Tom was always a no-B.S. person, so don't go there looking for counseling or emotional hand holding. He's there to win your case. He's not rude, but you have to be prepared to understand that you have hired a litigator, not a paper pusher who just writes wills and trusts and does real estate closings. He can do that too, but his strength is in functioning as more than a basic "I can do it cheap" lawyer.
