It seems that the new owners just aren't concerned with customer service. My new pool is fading over the entire surface and they were not even the least bit concerned on helping find why, how to stop it, or how to fix it. I typically don't post anything negative, but this could cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix, if it can be fixed. I'm concerned, the fiberglass pool will need to be replaced by how quickly it is fading. read more

got a pool in April wrinkles in the bottom and orange sand inch deep in places, got a soft spot approx. 2 ft long 4 inches wide and deep.they had to replace the filter and pump because it wouldn't filter out the water so spent probably 500 in chemicals. Never show up when they say, And now say its because we need a French drain well we have 2 of those so now what's the excuse. I did not want to rate this business even with a one. Our spa was no longer heating. Everything else on the spa worked fine. We asked for a serviceman to come fix our spa. Mario sends out someone who was too incompetent to know what he was doing. Said our heater was out. We paid for a new heater and labor ($800) and was told another part was out that it wasn't our heater after all. We paid for another piece ($600) to be delivered. This piece was suggested by Mario and we were provide the model # to order. Now this piece does not work. Do not know why all of these new parts are not working. Now Mario has provided us a new part that should work. We have not been reimbursed for ANYTHING! Find another business if you need anything worked on. They do not know what they are doing. read more

so i called and set up a service appointment and they said it would be a week for the technician to come out, ok, understandable, i was good with that. the appointment came and went, no technician, no phone call to notify me that there was a problem, irritated but ok, they were supposed to come July 1st NOTHING...supposed to come July 2nd.. i called 3 times, nothing, technician never showed the owner had no idea what his tech was doing because he was confused why i was calling. had people at my house waiting on these people and no call...and no technician for 3 DAYS!!!! obviously they do not care about their business or customers. if you dont want business... you probably SHOULDNT RUN A BUSINESS! atleast dont treat your paying customers like a peasant or unimportant. do yourself a favor and pick a different company to work on your pool or hot tub. someone that actually cares about you as a customer! Customer service is "Rivetting" (sarcasm) . I was in there for about ten minutes and not one employee asked if I needed assistance. It wasn't till I was about to walk out without a purchase that someone came to see if I needed help. Which for the record, she acted indifferent and "snobby". The cashier was even more rude telling me to put an item back, I'm a customer, you put it back. Unless you are willing to drop huge amounts of money there, they treat you like a peasant. read more

Worse customer service ever!!!!! Called them to check out why my hot tub jets were continuously running. They came out twice. They said I had two sensors that were bad and needing replacing. Sent me one bill for the first service for an hour and a half and I know they weren't there for 40 minutes! The owner said they hadn't billed me yet for the second service trip. So I went to question them about the bill and I was called rude. Got another company to look at my hot tub and GUESS WHAT! NOTHING is wrong with it!!!! Someone changed the jets rotating time. No bad sensors!!!! So either they don't know what they are doing or they were trying to double charge me and charge me for something that was NOT broke! I am soooo disappointed with these people. I was warned not to go to them but I thought I would give them a chance. That is NOT the way to run a business. read more

Lost a customer! We were quoted a price to replace the motor for our pool and we were debited over $200 more directly from our bank account without our authorization. We were told the service guy would be out on Saturday to replace the motor on our pool and not only did he not come, the company didn't even have the decency to call us and tell us no one would be coming. Someone showed up on Monday to replace the motor. My husband called after noticing our account was charged more than we were quoted and the lady that answers the phone was extremely rude and defensive...very poor customer service skills! She told us we were charged for the visit when the service man came out with the WRONG motor for pool. She did offer to credit us for this trip, since after all, it wasn't our fault! She then proceeds to hang up on my husband. I call back later in the day and experience the same rude woman on the phone with ZERO customer service skills. She stated she only quoted my husband the price of the motor and obviously failed to include the service trip, installation, and cost of other materials needed for the motor...um, who does that!? Don't you think that's important information to give your customer when you give a quote!? I have never experienced such poor customer service from a local company from a paying customer. You should be ashamed Dixon Pool! Find someone else to answer your phones! Oh, and the liner you put in the pool in 2016 is horrible! It started to "roll up" in multiple places after TWO years! I ended a 9 year relationship with Dixon pool. building the pool went well. I was told the liner could last 20 years, because I was not using a chlorine system. I serviced the pool myself for 4 years before relocating. We rented the house and contracted with Dixon to open ,close and service the pool weekly. The cost of chemicals skyrocketed, and we were always getting calls of parts braking down, and Pat Dixon telling me that the pool liner needed replacement. The closing of the pool was so poorly done that every spring we had to pay Dixon $600 to drain it . They never took responsibility. The following years got worse with rising chemical costs, service tecs not showing up for scheduled cleanings and very surely responses from Mrs Dixon. I learned my lesson. 5 years later, I have the same liner and it is in good shape. I am now Dixon free. and much happier read more

Absolutely the worst service ever. They do not show up when they say they are going to. They give you a quote and then double their bill. To top it all off, when they do work they create new problems. There;s nothing like scheduling a simple service and coming home to a green pool that was blue in the morning and damaged pipes from their service. On my last trip in someone in the store stopped me and said only buy supplies there, do not schedule service. STAY AWAY!!! read more
