Stephanie was very friendly when we spoke on the phone and in person! She made me feel comfortable. She read the input I wrote on the form I had to fill out, about my upper back and having 'knots' there. She did a wonderful job! The massage was very relaxing and reminded me how much I needed one. Almost fell asleep! The room was clean and smelled nice which is how it should be! Also, a GIANT plus, was the massage was a full hour and the undressing time/waiting to enter back into the room, did not count. I noticed while booking online, that payment plans were available and thought that was pretty neat since I've never seen that before for massage therapy. Not sure if it was specifically for massages, but definitely a good question to ask if interested! Put a call into All About You and got a call back within an hour or so. Spoke with the owner (Sarah Pyle) who is very knowledgeable and friendly and asked for a 90 minute session. 90 minutes will run $100.00. Sarah has owned her business and been in the same location since 2003. Her office is located behind Crissman Family Practice in Graham. She has had many of her clientele for 10+ years and she doesn't really advertise anymore. The massage went well. Sarah uses a variety of techniques to work out the knots to include cranial fascia, deep tissue, reflexology, Thai and stretching. It was a great experience that worked out the knots, relieved the tension and lowered stress. Definitely someone you should try if you need a massage. She is also available for in home visits for those who may have a little more trouble getting out and about.

Effie is extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably skilled, and genuinely passionate about her work. Whether you are looking for a relaxation massage or therapeutic massage, Effie is the best! I have been living with lupus for over 17 years, so I know how tricky massages can be for people with autoimmune disease. Having had several horrible massage experiences that left me with injuries and/or in a lupus flare, I had written off massages several years ago. Due to some ongoing injuries from a fall, I decided to give massage therapy one more try. And, I am incredibly glad I found Effie and decided to give massage therapy one more chance!! My doctor did not think I was going to recover from a shoulder injury that resulted from the fall...after working with Effie several sessions he now thinks with time and continued work with Effie that I will make a full recovery!!!!
