The building is extremely clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate as a visitor. I also love that the league is indoor. It's so nice knowing the kids have a safe, comfortable place to play regardless of the weather. They usually run two games at the same time with a partition dividing the gym, which seems to work well and keeps things organized. Overall, I'm grateful they provide a space like this for youth sports and families to enjoy. Great environment and well run!

Before coming to FA we tried homeschooling, public schooling, and another local private school and nothing compares to the quality of FA. The teachers and administration are supportive, caring, kind and qualified. The classroom sizes are small (my daughter's class has 12 students), the academics are challenging and engaging, and there are amazing opportunities for extra curricular activities and growth (for example, my son's class is taking an ecology-focused field trip to Costa Rica for spring break to study leatherback sea turtles). There are wonderful art, music and theatre programs at every level. To top it all off, FA has an indexed tuition program that considers each applicant's financial situation and adjusts tuition requirements accordingly. This makes the school accessible to families that might otherwise find the price tag too high. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this school.

They have a lot substitute teachers that floats, maybe they have teacher shortage issues. They are…read morepunitive to students at times I'm thinking maybe they work in the system to earn a pay check and retirement benefits but not really care about the kids! It is easy for them to just push the child in the corner, teachers complains a lot and sends out email if the class is noisy or "unruly", that's classroom management! They want us to talk to our kids when we are not even there to witness what happened! Show us the video on how teachers managed their classroom then I'll talk to my kids. The bus/transportation seems to be a huge problem too. If the kids get left behind even if they will circle around they won't stop for those kids. These people have no "mercy", not to mention that some kids have to wake up 4:45am because they'll be pick up at 5:15am when the school started! I have to complain that it is too early and I have to complain again and again and again before they got tired of me and changed it! Run away from Stafford if you could - school system not the greatest!
