Having the same experience as the last 3-4 reviewers. Order placed & charged 2 weeks ago. Finally checked my order status a few days ago to find tracking number, and it says "awaiting fulfillment", which at least explains why I hadn't received a shipment notification. Tried sending a message through their website, but no response in 3 days. I guess I finally get to learn the process for requesting a credit chargeback. Hope those folks are OK, and didn't get kidnapped by ICE or something. Their business appeared to be thriving up until 2-3 months ago and it's like it vanished into thin air. Just tried calling the number on my order form (same number listed here on Yelp) and some stoned sounding guy answered, saying 'hulllo...' and when I asked if it was DIY Vapor Supply, he said 'No, I got their number." I was apologized and he laughed and just hung up. I ordered something almost a month ago, never received anything. Tried emailing three times and now calling too. I've been a customer for years and they _HAD_ been great. My last order was put in 3 months ago and they have not shipped it or even attempted to reply to my numerous emails. However they seem to have been responding to the chargeback investigators because when I tried that Paypal debit said they decided in favor of these guys. I assume that if they just ghosted those guys it would have been in favor of me. No idea what lie they told them but I'm out 70$ I guess. read more

Worth giving this vendor a shot at getting better! The site has plenty of options for flavor, and a website to order from. The DIY calculator is decent, not perfect. So far, neither the company or the store have answered my questions (this option is built into the site); but, I'm not sure about one, there is no way to find your questions and check for answers without remembering which vendor you queried. Of course, for the one's I bought from; meh, nothing yet after 96 hours... and if I don't add or change this... make that never, or longer... The site is not friendly this way... that needs improved. No information of percentage of flavor needed, or even an estimate for where to start... in fact, you're lucky if you can get any info at all... The info is often there for some vendors... I'm sure they will be getting some attention from me. We need the info folks! Very few reviews; of course, I will be leaving mine after I try the product... but I'm only one person (everyone needs to pitch in and help.) Example: One flavor required about 10% to 15% of flavor to taste... OK, but not great. I will leave that review. Is that concentrated? Seems unlikely by much; rumors are that some need less... Don't know them yet; and tastes differ.. I'm happy if it tastes decent doesn't need to kick me in the face. Option exists to review individual vendors on the site; best if we do that too... Hop to it... ;-) That might wake up a few of them... like I said, fairly new site. So, best I can say is that this place has a lot of potential to be a great place... Received my order in a reasonable amount of time. The DIY calculator helped me to figure out the mix ratios for each based on my personal settings. (Without vendor %flavor suggestions, it's pure guess work. If you sign up, DIY calculator will save and load your DIY mix recipes from your computer, but I haven't tested their online save and load. what else... Orders are easy to find. Poor Customer Service. I placed an order and paid for that order but the order got lost in the mail. The General Manager refused to help me and said it was not their responsibility. He did not care if they would loose me as a customer. This is all over an order that cost under $25 which included the cost for 2 day shipping. BEWARE read more

Purchased my first vape set up from here around 2 years ago. I knew nothing, other then I wanted to try vaping to quit cigarettes. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable. Set me up with a basic kit, and recommended upgrading in the future if I stuck with it. They asked about my smoking habits, and recommended how much nicotine I should use and when I should try to lower the nicotine. I still frequent this store for all my vape juices. I'm super happy with the store and staff here. I'm very new to the whole "vape game." And this is the 1st time I've gone into a store, with a million very basic, general questions & got real genuine answers from a store associate. I'm from out of town and needed some juice before I hit the road. The associate that greeted me was named Colt, a very respectful, knowledgeable young man. He answered all of my "noobie" questions, and was very genuine with his answers. Anyways I came in here to quickly grab some juice and get on my way and now I'm having a full blown conversation with this man and have probably spent a half an hour here just gaping and chatting with him. I spent about $40.00 and am now walking out with 2 30 mL bottles and a menthol extract, also I got a new tip for my vape that dosnt get the nasty crusties on it, and all of that extra spending I did was well worth it; because the excellent customer service I was given.
