I was called in and told the lady what I was there for. Medical problems, addiction, etc. She was so quick to show and seal the product up before I could ask the name. After I had some FLWRPOT ready I finally see the MEDICAL. She tossed the med menu and stopped talking to me. Wouldn't allow anyone to help me. Wouldn't ask. Wouldn't allow 40% off. All because I'm Medical? You didn't think I was going to take the house product too? Or was it because I didn't buy your "get off the selves" stuff? Regardless the reason why I was treated so badly, that was actually my worst patient and customer service experience in my life. You guys really put all the cherries on top of this one. read more

Place is ok. I've been here a few times. Nothing really special at this location. The parking though is horrible.

Good enough product, good enough prices. The issue I have is that there could only be one other customer in the store, and it would Still take at least 25 minutes for me to even get to speak to an employee. They are SO unbelievably slow here, and are constantly messing up the order of arrivals so people are skipped and forgotten about. You've got a good store, now get good employees in there. read more

Their staff is lacking on cannabis knowledge as well as how to do their job. The front desk guy created a new profile for me when I was already a customer there while talking on the phone. When I went inside the girl who attended me seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about and showed me the recreational side when I clearly showed the front guy that I'm medicinal. I had a little difficulty finding the building and the parking is limited. As a result of the limited parking, some people decide they can park anywhere, but the employees and the medicine inside the shop are tremendous! They have a great first patient deal and a coupon to get 30% off your second visit within a month of your first visit to get people to come back. Loved the ease of signing in with an out of state medical card! The first visit discount and wax selection brought us into the disensary. Our Budtender was amazing, you're allowes to go in with a friend as well which was very comforting. They only allow a few patients in at a time, which is very cozy and comforting. I'm use to budtenders not knowing a lot about products other than "it'll get you high" You won't get that here,which was so refreshing. Our budtender knew their products and was really great at suggesting strains for out medical needs. Take a star away because my friends order was missing an edible, and the park was really crowded. We arrived 5 mins after they opened, and by the time we left, we were almost parked in. There was also a rude and impatient patient blocking me from leaving, and yelling at me to get out of my space faster (which was impossible) I hope parking improves soon. read more

Atmosphere on the inside was nice. First place I went to that ever charged me a "membership fee" even though you get it back? Idk how or why. Concentrates I went for mainly had a wide price range. Up to $90 a gram. Anybody who's into concentrates knows that's insane. The affordable wasn't worth smoking. Bud was from $10-$22(to high) I ended up leaving and they gave me the $12 back. read more

what a pleasant experience i had today. this dispensary is owned by chuck ream, longtime ann arbor area marijuana legalization advocate. it's nice to see that he decided to be an advocate in every way and open up a clean, highly professional, informative, friendly, affordable dispensary. i needed to find a place that sells THC (aka Simpson) oil, because i have a skin condition that i'm hoping will find a cure through this oil. i have tried so many remedies and i'm hoping this will work. not all dispensaries carry it, and some carry weaker concentrations...this place carries 72% which is super potent and great. it's ridiculous that i have to have a special "card" just to buy a healing oil but that's a whole different topic. i called ahead to see if they carry it and the person on the phone gave me friendly, professional information. apparently there is some information that they are not allowed give over the phone by law and she was very professional and polite when i asked the inappropriate questions. so basically i needed to just come in to find out more information, which i did. donna greeted me and was so friendly and personable. she answered more of my questions and did not make me feel stupid. i can't remember the rest of the staff's names but they all were incredibly nice. plus i didn't have to wait long. i didn't buy any smokeable medicine but it looked like they had a nice variety. based on the research i did, i paid a fair price for my medicinal oil. i think some other places i looked at overcharged. overall it seems like a great place and i look forward to coming back! ps they have free massages for members! read more
