This real estate agency would have received 5 stars if their administrative staff delivered the same care and devotion as their realtors. I worked with Jay Higginbothemn who did an outstanding job with the process of looking for a house and preparing offers, however, when our offer was accepted by a seller and he assigned me to a Mrs. Suzie Baker for the remainder of the closing, the quality of the services declined drastically. She seems uninterested in insuring we got the best deal as first time home buyers. She almost seemed annoyed at simple question that we asked, she does a horrible job with closed-loop communication, and she couldn't even obtain receipts for requested repairs which she clearly stated that she would do. Since we remote closed my husband and I could not confirm completion of repairs requested so we expected her to be a woman of her word but she could not even do that simple task. I truly wish Mrs. Baker would take accountability for her lack of decent customer service and change her demeanor for future clients so no one else has to experience such horrendous service while going through the already stressful process of home buying read more

it all started when I wanted more information on a home I saw on zillow. the beginning of the process I felt like I was speaking to aggressive robot. reading from a script. I set up a time to see the house and when I arrived the agent looked like she had been crying . she could barely answer any basic questions. before we left she apologized and explained that her boss dj yelled and screamed in her face. calling her a loser and a worthless dog. I never even thought about it before but all of a sudden I realized that dj was dj and Lindsey with all the billboards. I have had several friends, family and my neighbor to never work with them. they have a very bad reputation and they don't care. My neighbor said the agent she used at dj j lindsey ended up costing them 30,000 after he made changes s to a contract that he did not verbally disclose, then put high pressure on him to sign it. my neighbor was going to sue but there was nothing he could do w since he signed the contract. he said he should of double checked everything but felt so much much pressure from the agent to sign. the agent said there was name spelt wrong. very dirty read more
